    Lost connection to Ubisoft servers

    I would like to understand what I can do so that the game is not constantly breaking down the connection. I did all the Internet tests and the speed I have on the console is 95Mb / s, which is more than enough. However when we are playing Just Dance 2019 suddenly the music stops because it loses its connection with Ubisoft's servers. What's going on lately with your servers? Why is the music not downloaded before dancing to be cached? I've already lost a lot of points because I lose the connection with your servers.

    Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear you are experiencing this connection issue in game.

    So we can get this looked into, would you be able to confirm the platform you are playing on and if possible, roughly what time this occurred.?

    Same problem

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem, i have just bought the game 1 week ago, but couldn't enjoy the game because it happens all the time. I can't contact the support team bc its unavaible at the moment and so as the live chat... I would be very grateful if you could help me! Adam M (Xbox one)

    Hello there mulleradi, thanks for posting and welcome.

    As far as I am aware, the Just Dance 2019 servers were down for maintenance on the 24th and 17th of February recently.

    If you have been having trouble connecting for a whole week since purchasing, could you please try this troubleshooting guide for Xbox One? The guide states Just Dance 2018, but the steps are still applicable to the 2019 version of the game - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000063385/

    Please let us know how you get on after trying all of the troubleshooting.
