I don't think they are going to say much because nobody here can pinpoint your problem. It is a massive wall of poorly translated text from what i assume was originally some sort of Slavic. You should just contact Ubisoft in your native language instead of trying to talk to a bunch of English speakers

If I amto understand this correctly, Fatal Bird got 200 hours of experience, and then created a smurf account so he could go noob stomping, and then wonders why hes being matched with non noob players. The game recognizes your skill level based on win percentages and matchmakes accordingly.
Smurf accounts only half work.
