    Hey bonzoadam1,

Sorry to hear you can't join your friend but thanks for providing the steps you have gone through already. It may not be your issue with it, so please ask your friend to go through all the steps too.

If still an issue, please can you let us know:

    - If its the same error when trying to join their session as it is for them trying to join your session?

    - Do they have the same version of the game as you (Steam or Uplay version)? It shouldn't matter, but just worth knowing for the investigation.

I’m having a same Alberta-FFF0BDC0 issue too. I went through all the 7 steps but no luck. I bought it because to play coop but not working at all...

By the way, I bought it from Uplay.
    What should I do?

I've suddenly started getting this error when trying to enter arcade mode. Nothing has changed on my PC or internet connection. Any devs got a clue what has happened? I carried out a file verification and no joy.

Hey, i know this thread is already a little old, but maybe its useful for someone else now.
I was able to fix the problem by simply shutting down my anti virus system. Even though i allowed the launcher and the game it somehow blocked it and caused the error.
Hope i can help someone with this, because i didnt find any answers to the problem online so far.

I solved this problem only by disabling multithreading (enter game mode profile in Ryzen Master) in cpu AMD threadripper 2990wx.
