I purchased items with ghost coins that I bought and the items were on my character for a few days then I played the same game on the same account on a different Xbox then suddenly the items were gone on both Xbox’s I also lost my level 10 medic gun and the blueprint no longer appears and many other weapons I also am missing the TCI patrol headset even though I completed the mission and an APC that I purchased for skell credits that it did not refund me.

Just a heads up, I've moved your post to a thread of its own as your issue slightly differs to the other players crash and loot.
In order for us to help you with this, I would advise you to open a ticket at our support site by logging into your account, and selecting 'Contact Customer Support'
In the ticket, we will need you to provide the following information -
- The affected save slots name?
- The last mission you did or whereabouts in the story you were?
In the meantime you can continue to play on a new save game slot, however, in order to recover your corrupted save, you will need to make sure that you do not start a new save on the corrupted save. We will be unable to recover the corrupted or missing file if that save game slot has been overwritten.
In order to start a new save slot, simply select an empty slot to start a new character on. This will ensure your corrupt save slot remains untouched.
