    Twitch drops for Operation Iron Horse is missing

    Hi Div Team,

    I have watched Divison 2 reveal stream and when it closed I watched whatever came on that channel (camo or someone). With this in another tab I have watched Marco as well. I did remain in both the pages for around 6-7 hours. But, I have not received the twitch drops. the ubi-register page is empty.

    Kindly help on this please. Dont want to loose on cool stuff.

    Same issue for me, obviously something is wrong. Others didn't receive either and told me not to waste my time with ubisoft, in other words never will happen. I hope they are wrong and it gets rectified please...

    I have the same....

    I watched the OFFICIAL unveiling, THEN Twitch Suggested Live Streams on the night for OVER 4 hours, PLUS watched 2 more Twitch Suggested Live Streams last night for another 4 hours....

    I messaged Ubisoft tonight, & i got a reply, saying that they cannot find any evidence of me watching ANY streams, even though Ubi Drops says that my accounts are linked... And to contact Twitch to get evidence...

    I did this, but all Twitch did was send a reply, saying that " there is no guarantee that you will get any drops" etc, & didn't offer to give me any evidence of my viewing times etc to give to Ubisoft.... :-(

    I have the same issue, sent a screen shot of my account to prove link. I had no notification from Twitch which is what they asked for when i contacted ubisoft customer support. So contacted twitch who said the notifications will only show when ubisoft actually give the reward plus then said drops aren't guaranteed. Seems the same old issue, get told what todo and then they don't deliver. I watched the pre stream with Hamish and then Watched 4 different streamers for hours and nothing.
