    An Update from Ubisoft

Concerning recent allegations raised against certain Ubisoft team members: We want to start by apologizing to everyone affected by this -we are truly sorry. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and safe environment for are teams, players, and communities. It is clear have fallen short of this in the past. We must do better.

We have started by launching investigations into the allegations with the support of specialized external consultants. Base on the outcomes, we are fully committed to taking any and all appropriate disciplinary action. As these investigations are ongoing, we can't comment further. We are also auditing our existing policies, processes, and systems to understand where these have broken down, and to ensure we can better prevent, detect, and punish inappropriate behavior.

We are sharing additional measures that we are putting in place with our teams in the coming days, Our goal is to foster an environment that our employees, partners, and communities can be proud of -one that reflects our values and safe for everyone.

There was no need to apologize to a fan like me, so you had a "The Wolf of Wall Street" party so what! you are not the only one in the world and business to have one. What your employees do in there private life is nothing to do with the games that you build. But it's a great lost that a creative director Ashraf Ismail has stepped down is private life was nothing to do with the fans and forum communities, that is damaging is family name and I feel sorry for is wife and children in this difficult time, also there should be a police investigation on twitch streamers also for spreading rumours and fake news,

Please keep your comments respectful, thank you

They are apologizing to "...everyone affected by this..." if you, as a Fan, feel affected by this they apologize to you, otherwise not.

I think it is important for any company to show that they react to allegations like the ones presented.

I'm not familiar with the fake news you are referring to, but I do agree, that spreading rumours or even fake news in general is a harmful practice.

    Hi AORUS2017,

Let's keep discussion of this topic in the existing thread.

You could also probably benefit from reading more of the victims' testimony before making claims like those above.

    Thanks!
