    Skill Cooldowns man... FFS! All serious opinions welcome

    Let's be real, playing with friends is great: "Hey, 33 seconds so I can switch builds" Fine. Can't complain much, but when you're with a random group and everybody is f'in Leroy Jenkins in the flesh, it would be really nice to move at the same pace. You want to keep the reviver hive on an insane cool-down 24/7.. fine. I get it a little bit, but out of combat should be 1,000,000% skill haste boost! In a perfect world, everybody waits, but they don't. I don't think it's out of the question to "simulate" a class change between engagements. Don't let D-bags ruin this so called amazing communication among agents. I'd honestly love to hear why this shouldn't be installed. I'm talking worldwide, out of combat skill refresh. This also includes what I consider an ACTUAL bug, which is you switch from an all red build to a skill build with an ammo skill; it loads you in with the ammo of a 6 red, and makes u load in the rest of the ammo. I usually don't care, but when I accidentally click my healer build where I care very little about skill haste it takes a good long time to load all that ammo. This was a MISTAKE build switch and now I'm just stuck with it. Doesn't make sense out of combat. Especially when every once and a while you can sneak one in here or there. I don't get it.

    Agreed. An alternative fix would be to give reviver base ammo of 1. This way you only need to wait the 1 charge until you can swap. Yet another fix would be make reviver only self deploy when solo, like they did for the green sig skill in Td1. There are lot of options but they seem to be either unwilling or do not have the time to make the fix.

    An aside from your point though yet equally annoying, please disable global directives in the shooting range. I don't see the need to have to go in and toggle directives and wait on a load screen every single time I want to test a build.

    I dont even use reviver hive, but now that I just did for DUA legendary boss, this has to be addressed... So what people exploited the white house for cooldowns. Now I have to... restart my game... are we going to patch this exploit too Ubisoft?!?!

    This is a simple idea... You should be able to remove a skill that is on cool down. And replace with a skill that is not.
    While removed, the skills cool down timer continues to tick down, and once you reequip that skill, if the timer has not finished.. the time remaining is displayed. Why this isn't the case I have no idea. Only reason I can think of is to hamper players. Because if you had an item on you in real life that required time to recharge after use, if you put it away somewhere.. it instantly recharges.. oh wait... It doesn't. I mean duh!. Guys have not thought this through.
