    3-5 second freezes

Game runs normally then freezes for 3-5 seconds. It happens randomly. Doesn't matter what I'm doing in game: gunfight, driving a ground vehicle, flying a helicopter.
    My specs:
    Windows 10 Home 64bit
    Intel i5-3350p
    8gb RAM
    NVIDIA GTX 1660 6GB

Edit: if you have the same issue, try downgrading the Nvidia drivers to version 446.14

    Hey there EricTheLazy,

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

We have some PC troubleshooting step here I'd recommend trying.

Particularly steps such as starting with a Clean Boot or Verifying the files.

If you're still having issues, feel free to open a ticket with us and send us your DxDiag and Msinfo files and we'd happily take a closer look!

    Possible fix

I found similar thread on Reddit about this. There was a suggestion to downgrade Nvidia drivers to version 446.14 now the game runs smoothly without freezes.

Thanks for this! I came here looking if others were experiencing freezes. Going back to driver 446.14 fixed it.
With their latest drivers, NVIDIA brought so many new features, such as hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, that it's going to take few updates to fix the issues brought up, if they even ever get fixed.
