    Game won't start, crashed my HDD

    Hello,

    Just downloaded Anno 2205, took around 5 days because I have a very slow connection (I live in the country).

    Opened it up and it froze, had to repair W10 using a restore point

    Now it throws up a message within uPlay : Unable to start the game. Please chack your game has been installed properly - OK, so how do you do that ???

    If the problem persists, please contact Ubisoft Support. OK I'll try the forum first.

    I haven't moved any files or folders. So what to do, I am really loathe to "waste" another 5 days downloading it. Any hints ???

    Hi there, thank you for providing this information and sorry you are experiencing this issue while launching your game.

    So we can investigate this further could I first ask that you work through our basic troubleshooting steps as outlined in this FAQ.
