    WONY loot is pathetic

Just a mini rant about the loot drops in WONY currently. Exotics have been dropping like crazy, but... they are all the same item! In the past three days I have picked up the chameleon, and lady death only. Every drop is the same item over and over. Last count in these three days are 6 chameleons, and four lady deaths.

As far as the targeted loot goes, it is worthless as usual. Rainbows over and over and not one gear piece had any sort of a decent roll.

    This game is a joke!

Dude play on heroic and you get decent rolls, rainbow gear is just RNG, what's next you telling me that fenrir should only roll headshot damage and crit chance?

I only play heroic difficulty and above, and you DO NOT get decent rolls anymore. The loot was better before tu10. At least before tu10 I could keep a piece every now and then. Sure, they raised the minimum rolls with tu10, but now it seems every drop has 2 or 3 minimum rolls with rainbow stats. Both of which are useless when trying to min/max a build. The devs control the RNG, they design it to work within a set of predefined parameters. Don't blame the RNG, blame the developers

You have around 12 possible different secondary stats, of course always getting the 2 you want with max stats are not in your favour. I just want to know something that was since the first game and was not a problem there is now hte bane of existance of the second game just because they put a color tag on it to make it easier to see?

in Division 1 you could recalibrate multiple times, and even with a **** roll you could Upgrade the gear to max gear score by using Rare resources, there were various ways to upgrade gear and re-calibrate gear compared to division 2, which imo they should bring back.... various ways to upgrade with various grindable currency, giving a meaning to farming

Gods yes, I would Farm for days if it meant I could max out the rolls on items that dropped with the right combinations of stats in lower ranges.

Well, things stand a little bit different. Just finished DUA on Legendary about an hour ago (skill damage build, Eclipse Protocol and Hana-U, drone and turret, not in top of damage but at least my drone and turret distracted NPCs enough to move their focus/aggro from DPS guys), mission wasn't quite easy as some guys here claim to be, not very hard either, but loot was absolutely trash from start to end, boss included. I guess I picked up an good rolled offensive mod at some point (12% CHD if I saw correctly, I have to check my inventory), but this was the only item I've kept. For the hardest content in game to date I would say that's unacceptable.

Earlier at noon I've completed some CPs lvl 4, the same situation, the garbage loot everywhere, nothing useful. Except for a Walker Matador backpack rolled up with some weapon damage, 18.3% repair skills and 10.4% skill haste. At first glance I said it was garbage, but when I returned to the White House, I searched through the stash for an ancient tank build, modified the said backpack with +1 Skill Tier and inserted in that build (1 x D&H, 1 x Gila, 3 x Golan and 1 x Walker) with bulwark shield (Tier 6, 13.4M health) and artificer hive (Tier 3 thanks to those two yellows, one on Golan gloves and one on Walker backpack, plus one tier from specialization), works like a charm with Liberty (~400k dmg) on Heroic. But this build isn't suitable for all heroic content, it's very situational and I wouldn't recommend it to an unexperienced player. This build needs attention and you have to be very careful at positioning because you can end up dead shortly if you make a mistake.

But my questions is closer to: Where ALL the gear you collected with extremely low numbers in their rolsl (under 60%) or was the issue that most of the gear not good for YOUR build?
