Hey! At this moment in time we are only able to pursue adding the reward if the requirements have been met, and the reward has not unlocked correctly.

Do you receive any error message or does it simply not finding any players in matchmaking?

after more than 30 minutes of player search a message is displayed to say that there are too few players (none) in matchmaking to launch a game so I can’t recover this reward

Unfortunately there's not too much we can suggest to resolve this in that case if it's purely that nobody is queued up to play. You could try posting in the general forums on Uplay and Steam to ask if there's anybody free to jump on to help you get the reward.

I have a friend who came to help me find a game except that the game this launches only if 8 players are reunited for a mode 1 against all that is a badly run can because it would be logical that a game this launches with at least 2 people. More the game this fact deserted more and more and more the game modes other than story and found 7 other person to make a game is not easy thing so I would be infinitely grateful if you could make a manipulation to unlock me this outfit or ask for a patch so that a game this launches with 2 people minimum

We won't be able to unlock the reward without requirements being met, but we can pass on your feedback for consideration.

In the meantime I'd recommend trying Orion's suggestion and posting on the general Uplay and Steam forums for any potential players to join you.

very well I thank you for forwarding my comments in case of answer if you wish to give me more information if measures taken to ease the different game mode with matchmaking I would be delighted. In the meantime I’ll try to find volunteers to play
