Hi, ever since the tyranny update i've been unable to access your servers. i've already spoken to an admin by the name of ubi-good but the two errors i've been getting (as has everyone else with the same issue as me) are 7-00000004 and 2-00002911. My case number is 11972507. id like to say thank you to the support team for getting to this within the first ten minutes of me sending it (thanks ubi-good) but ive also lost out on this game ever since the 11th (release of tyranny).

As Ubi-Good said the issue is being investigated and the team are investigating.
If you can, can you please update the support ticket with answers to the following questions:
Who is your ISP?
What router do you use?
What modem do you use?
What is your Gamertag?
Can you also attach screenshots of your port forwarding setup?

If issues start again, and you want to get back in touch to provide the information previously requested, you'll need to update your case from the support website in order for the team to receive the information. You can access your open cases from the "my cases" page here. If you click on the case reference number highlighted in blue, it should load up your existing case and allow you to add further files or comments.![]()
i believe that being able to connect to the servers depends on ISP speed, my old ISP would work prior to tyranny however my ping was 100+ which is not good at all, however i got a faster ISP for my area (differents Internet service providers are faster depending on your area, the website for this "https://www.cable.co.uk/broadband/check-my-area/" ) however my new ISP runs quickly and leaves me with 0% packet loss in-game ping of 15 to 40 and download speed of 57 Mbps and at its best 80 Mbps. Hopefully this will help anyone still unable to connect.
