All of my Ubisoft games have disappeared in Uplay!! | Forums

While playing Wildlands, the game stopped and I got a message to login with my credentials to verify that I own the game. Logged in to Uplay and found that ALL of my Ubisoft games were no longer visible. That's 20+ games. WTF! Uninstalled Uplay and re-installed latest version of Uplay. Okay. My owned games are now visible but none of them are installed??? Tried the link "Locate installed game" but I could not find it. What the flippin' hell is going on Ubisoft?? I looked under C:\Program Files(x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/games/.... but the games folder is not listed. Did I really just lose 6 installed Ubisoft games??​

Sorry to hear that this has happened. I have looked over your account and can see all the games there. Are you signed into the correct account?

What is the username showing in the top right of Uplay?

As I mentioned, with a fresh install of Uplay, all my owned games are now visible. HOWEVER, NONE of them are installed! No Games folder under Ubisoft Game Launcher. I've had to re-install my games. Very time consuming. Also, I need to know this will never happen again. I have paid for these games. I own the license. This never should have happened.

Completely understand that the games are now showing but were not accessible, this normally happens when signed into the wrong Ubisoft Account in Uplay. Can you provide a full screenshot showing your Uplay games library please so we can look into this further?

Not working for me. I tap Insert Image and drag jpg file over but now entire screen is screen shot and have no access to forum window. Can not see or tap Post Replay. Help.

It's OK, we don't need the screenshot of your library if you are actually able to install the games from being signed in, you are on the correct account.

What will have happened is when you uninstalled Uplay, you get an option to uninstall games associated with Uplay too, or to leave them installed. You must have accidentally uninstalled the games at the same time.
