Yup, this is exactly my point.
I was in the same boat some weeks ago, until T5 weapon. My guess is they run the tests on max level heroes/accounts.
With T5 weapon equiped the reduced damage doesn't fell that bad, but until then all enforcers are almost useless.

Hey Bunny and Devs
Thanks for all the hard work fixing the bugs, but I now have a new bug where every time I open a blue cube I get a soft crash of the game, please fix it quick, as it is annoying (it’s not like I need the DNA)
Also, death animations are still not working upon a retaliation kill.
Keep up the good work, and hope for some new content soon rather than another new hero!

Weird actions when lock picking doors...
- action buttons inside and out
- once you start first lock pick there is no turning back, you either succeed or deplete all attempts remaining
- after all attempts were fails you are still blocked and have to break the door with the same hero
In screenshot below Luis had 2 attempts, he failed both and I was forced to break the door with him, of course he failed that too.
