Left trigger button on controller stopped being recognized in D1 and D2 today

I've been playing D2 with an Astro C40 controller for a while now, including after the recent update The game recognizes it as an Xbox controller. Everything was working great. As of this morning, the game no longer recognizes key presses from the left trigger, which is the same as right-mouse button. Curiously, D1 also doesn't recognize key presses from the button.

Other Ubisoft games, like Steep, register the key presses. Steam games see them. Both x360ce and reWASD see the key presses. Literally everything sees the button presses except for D1 and D2.

I've uninstalled the device, reinstalled the Astro software, everything.

I've seen other threads around the web with other people having similar problems with their native Xbox controllers and Division games but none of them have worked.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. If your help is "don't use a controller," please skip it.

Oops. That first part should be two sentences: I've been playing D2 with an Astro C40 controller for a while now, including after the recent update. The game recognizes it as an Xbox controller.

I've looked at the C40 controllers myself. The c40TR looks awesome :O

Does this issue with the left trigger occur when the controller is both wired/wireless?
