Gear is from what I’ve seen the last two nights worse than its ever been, low stats and rainbow rolls, also seems they reduced the number of drops so much for the bringing back the fun, they have destroyed cc builds, reduced the difficulty of legendary to a trial affair a bunch of randoms can do with no teamwork or coordination and to top it off the loot is worse not better?

I am playing on heroic world setting. From what i have seen until now, playing cp's and missions, loot seems to have overall lower stats compered to the way it was before TU10. The very lowest values are indeed improved but at the same time the maximum values are reduced. Most gear i get has values that range from 50% to 80%. God rolls are far less compered to what i was getting and even in the rare occasion i get one, it is accompanied by two low to average stats. I need to keep playing before i can reach conclusive resaults but for the time being, i don't feel the supposed "generocity" of TU10.
Also, off topic, heroic missions feel way to easy now, when played on 4 men groups. It's almost like difficulty scaling doesn't work correctly. Me and my mates were double checking the difficulty setting, just in case we had it wrong. It felt like challenging was supposed to be.

That part troubles me. Until now, the rule seems to be that every good attribute roll is accompanied by one or two bad rolls. It's like before WONY where the value of one stat would affect the rest.
Anyway the result of 3 days of gameplay is literally 0 useful items, with the exception of some of the new ones, that i keep even though their stats are crap.
