    Starting game: Issue

    i reinstalled the game once, due to i couldnt find the game folder. today game came up with same error: Unable to start the game. Please check that your game has been installed correctly. if the problem persist, Please contact costumer Support. Have you moved your game and/or its files ? if so select the folder where the game is now located.

    the game folder were i think is the right path, repaired twice and still keep getting same error.

    local C disc / program files (x86) / Ubisoft / Ubisoft game launcher / Games / anno1800

    only thing i can do know is to reinstall the game again. any help on this would be great....thx

    yea im going to have to submit a ticket.. game only last for 2 days then i have to reinstall it......

    Starting Game Issue is back: same problem as listed above, i sent in a new ticket. game seems to stop at checking direct X i believe at checking direct X - 2/4 then game stops
