As many of us are having issues trying to get Sam working again with daily login bonuses, i have found myself a temp solution to the problem. After doing a factory reset on my iPhone 11 my Ubisoft Sam started working again. i won't recommend doing this as it will wipe all of your data but this does seemed to have helped getting Sam to work again. My thought is that it might have to do with cache, and clearing that could help getting sam back to working again but i have not tried it myself so i am unsure whether that will actually work or not.
