Peacekeeper Changes
She is not terrible, she is not great, she is in between and feels kinda left out, peacekeeper has been irrelevant for quite some time
But that doesn't mean we could get changes in the future and completely change this hero for good or bad.
Damage in ("") represents damage for the TG changes.
I'll list more changes but ill mainly focus on a mechanic called Lacerate, it'll be a new addition to her kit and could spice up some combos.
Dagger Cancel
Will now count as a chain-starter
Chain delay/pause between dagger cancel and the next attack is reduced to 100ms
Sidestep Strike (Dodge Attack(L/R))
Damage increased to 21(15)(was 17)
Tracking increased by 1 meter forward
Lacerate - The passive mechanic slowing recovery on heavy attacks against a bleeding target
allowing for a laceration
Lacerate - Recovery Hinder - Recovery of any successfully landed attack, classified as a "heavy attack" now triggers Lacerate, playing the "before execution" stance.
The recovery is increased by 466ms, and while within the Lacerate delay/recovery window,
pressing "Guardbreak" will brutally pull out the weapon leaving a Lacerated Wound.
Lacerated Wound
After performing Lacerate, the enemy suffers 12(7) damage, while also increasing your bleed's duration by 2 seconds on the victim.
Replacing Feats - Feats removed and replaced by
2 new versions, most feats chosen are, in my opinion not relevant and should not impact one's playstyle.
Fiat Lux > Rip
Rip - Causes your bleeds to periodically deal 2 damage every 766ms
Rip also drains 1 stamina every 500ms on a bleeding enemy.
Catapult > Exsanguinate
Exsanguinate - Instead of performing Lacerate, pressing your 4th feat "button" will perform
a deep twist of the knife, draining the victim's of blood, dealing 15(10) damage + all bleeds on the target, clearing any further bleed effects
on the target for 800ms
Animation Time - 566ms, Recovery - 800ms, Cooldown - 75 seconds
