Control point lower alert immediately after being cleared | Forums

There have been multiple occasions where I have cleared a heroic control point, have the control point cleared messages pop only to Bebe immediately informed that the alert level has been lowered so even though I put in a heroic level of effort I only get challenging level rewards.

Please address this.

normal is to friendly NPC level, all AI NPC is at their corresponding level,if on heroic, it's heroic or 4, if normal, it's normal at level 1.... Green CP always at level 1 or normal
