Disc copy to Digital | Forums

Hello all,
I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed before. I tried to search but couldn't find an answer.
I have the disc copy of The Division 2 plus Year 1 pass plus Warlords of New York DLC.
Here lately, my PS4 has been having some issues reading any discs that I insert.
I know this is an issue with the actual PS4 and not Division disc.
However, my question remains.
If I was to buy the digital copy of The Division 2, will my Year 1 pass and Warlords of New York still be active? Or would I need to rebuy those as well. I'm hoping that my Year 1 pass and DLC will follow my account and I won't have to rebuy those.

Thank you for contacting us.

You should be able to continue playing with the same content if you purchase a Digital copy, as the extra content will already be linked to your game/account and installed on the console.

There are no save files and nothing on your current PS4 that you would need to save

All your division stuff is saved on Massive’s Servers. So even if you bought a PS5 everything would already be saved as your progress is linked to your online account not the console itself

Thank you UBI-Baron, I was wondering this as well, not the same issue as the Op, but because Im looking at putting it on an SSD to see if it helps fast travel and other things..

You have a disc copy of the base game, that's it. Everything else is digitally linked so buying the base game digitally would work for you
