Casting and room number issues
Hi,
When my daughter and I try to dance in a room together (from different houses) we have the following issues:
We load App on iphone and cast to chromecast or Mac and it takes us to our individual rooms.
When one of leaves the room and Quick Joins the other persons room, we lose our cast button and therefore we arent connected and can't cast.
However, on our Mac or TV it says "Connect Your Smartphone".
We have tried restarting our iphones. Have tried the App on Mac, and website also. Have tried chromecasting to TV. And we experience the exact same problem on all options.
I paid $9.99 so we could dance together, but so far its a waste of money.
Please resolve or refund.

Can I ask for a quick clarification to make sure I have understood you correctly?
Are you and your daughter trying to play together in the same virtual Just Dance Now room, while not being in the same household? Is the device you are casting the routine to in your household?
Can both mobile devices connect to the same virtual room, but you're only able to view the routine on one screen? If so, this would be intended behaviour as far as I know - unless you are planning to stream your screen to your daughter, or she will copy a recording of the routine, she would be unable to follow it otherwise.
If I've misunderstood anything, please let me know - and please do also confirm whether you and your daughter reside in the same region. An image of the error message you're receiving would be helpful for me to look at.
