Wait, you gut Hitokiri and leave Lawbringer?

-10 HP compared to shredding the entire playstyle of Hito.

Warden left alone, too. Who actually thought that these changes were good?

Also, didn't buff Zhan, Nuxias buff is a joke, PK still trash, all assassins still walking minions.

    Yikes.

Hito's style was cancer though. I think the changes were deserved.

you think destroying and completely gutting a hero to the point where they become irrelevent is "deserved" ?

Yes. The same could be done to LB and I would not shed a tear. And the hero is not gutted, it is just not busted anymore. What I wonder is why they did not touch the warden/LB/conq.

What I think is, you're being a touch dramatic.

Hitokiri was basically a safe-space for spamming. Yes, we like to press buttons--viable offense is good--but heavy-on-red and lolight chain finishers are bad for the game's health. It's the same reasoning behind normalizing heavy GB vulnerability. It improves the overall game experience.

Im not a "touch" dramatic, i wasn't dramatic, her already ineffective tool of dealing with low skilled opponents that can't parry or attack early is now gone, she still has the kick which makes the character "busted", the kick was and still is her only true offensive move, her hyperarmor heavies were just a bonus added, but completely removing them was the wrong move.
Also, i main raider, i couldn't care less about hitokiri as a character but i care about the players playing hitokiri that enjoyed her playstyle,
She became a literal minion with a fancy kick and an unblockable... and i quote from my friend in masters maining hitokiri "Cool, they've made her whole trade fiasco useless, good we still have the kick, that was the move they should've looked into"

You can't even heavy on red, the hyper armor appeared after 566ms max, you can trade anything with that, jorge does a better job with his top heavies than hitokiri.
the part of hitokiri's kit that was frustrating was her bash, if they did some slight changes to that i'd be much happier than completely eliminating a big part of her kit even tho it was already gutted.

I could say the same about Jorm...and pls don’t say he‘s OP bc of his 50 damage hit. No he‘s not! I know for casual players he is exhausting...it’s true. But in 1vs1 he is easy to dodge and reactable bc his offence is not the best...But Ubi just made all worsened. His attacks, especially the Heavies are to slow...600ms are u kidding me? His dodge Heavy is now by 700ms till his Hyper armor is working...stamina punches are to low...often you are quicker out of stam than your enemie and that’s not the plan of this char...And all I can say is that you have now to turtle with him and don’t start attacking...hope he gets a buff about stamina damage and the heavy attacks...
PS: As a jorm main I can do a compromise:
Max Punch from 50 to 40 or 45.
Stamina Punch 5 or 8 verse higher than now.
Dodge Heavy to 400ms und heavy attacks 450/500ms.
The lights are ok bc I hate lightspamming too.
What about your thoughts? Are there Jorm players that think the same like me or do you like the changes? Let me now and discuss...

hito was completely gutted no disputing that. she's still strong she's also unviable she's only "strong" because of her "infinite" 50/50. make a good read and all her offense dies. just like old cent she basically now has to wait for a parry to get her offense going, her heavies are way easier to deal with, lights don't have hyper armor, and her zone is only an option select and a bad one at that, she's realistically a buffed old cent 2.0 wait for parry to do massive dmg. just like with old cent the cancerous part (the cutscene/50/50s for hito) were never addressed while the rest of the kit was gutted until 1.5 years later a rework for cent.

It really pisses me off on how they did hito. All I see is complains on “heavy on red” well you know who is just as annoying doing the same exact thing before hitokiri even came out? FREAKING SHUGOKI! Once his rework came he was the hit on red guy before hito. So where was that same hate on hito not on shugoki? They truly ruined my main.
