    Far cry primal problems.

    Hi,
    I have 2 problems with Far cry primal.
    Problem 1 is i cant connect to ubisoft club and if i try to connect the game with ubisoft club the game says there is no connection.
    And problem 2 is the game wont save i reinstalled the game but the game is still not saving i need to do new game when i press save and quit.
    I hope someone can help me bye.

    Hey! We can certainly look into this.

    To start, can you please confirm if you own the game on PC or another platform? I understand you are in the PC sub forum however I am unable to see the game on your account, so I'd like to double check.

    If you own the game on PC, can you confirm where you made your purchase and if it was definitely claimed to this account?

    If you own the game on console, please provide your gamertag.

    Hi,
    I bought Far cry primal on pc via an online website and when i downloaded the game the game don`t connect to ubisoft club.But with the most games it does automatically when i connect to it
    And if you need to know from which shop i bought it from Amazon.com
    I hope you can help me further bye.

    Thanks. Can I ask you what account you're launching the game from? As stated by Raziel it doesn't appear to have been activated on this account you're contacting us on via the forums. Can I also ask you to please attempt each step suggested here as well, please?

    Ok i will do that and i have the game on a dvd and there is nothing connected to it. I dont know why but i will search further and thx for your help.
