He has two problematic issues, overtuned damage and backdodge SB. The first will be addressed in 2 months time so we have to patient. The other one though recieved no attention whatsoever which kinda baffles me.
Backdodge SB is too safe and lets him nullify many offensive options safely and keep spacing all offensive attempts from his opponents side while accessing a rightfully best bash in the game. It needs to be removed. This IS an unhealthy and truly a """""""frustrating""""""" mechanic to deal with. I hope we receive some input on it.
I gotta say it is kinda dumb how you have this knight with a big sword and his best weapon is... his shoulder. And i do agree he gets too much damage from his charged shoulder considering how incredibly easy the move is to use and to access. Top heavy should not be guaranteed with it anymore.
Same with feinting it, he shouldnt be able to feint it once he is halfway trough the charge. Not to mention the INSANE range it has. Its all incredibly cheap the way it is currently.
I think these "nerfs" are very reasonable? Keeping him still very easy to use and powerful enough, yet more fair.

his storm rush when parried grants a heavy
developer comments : we felt orochi caused a lot of frustration for the players so we made him now less annoying , and still can be effective!

his charged shoulder bash is now undodgable his charged bash now does 50 damage and it refills his stamina. developer comments: because we felt him charging and feinting 569034850928 times in a row is so risky for a warden so he should be rewarded to fill his stamina if he landed it
Orochis ligts i believe are all 400ms, at least specific ones or follow ups. Storm rush is literally his only mix up tool and can be punished by just about any bash, neutral light, chase tool, or zone in the game.Originally Posted by Bo_sack_noodle Go to original post
What actually makes orochi annoying is his first two active feats that have 10 second cool down times.
Warden will never see a buff until he is subsequently nerfed. I smell a back-dodge bash nerf coming to warden eventually but I doubt anything else about him will be changed. He could possible get nerfs to his chase tools but we will see

Either way trying to be cute and sarcastic on text is very subjective so mocking people for missing sarcasm is a bit redundant.
My problem with the current S tier chase tools is that they make spacing in this game relatively useless which just shaves away another layer of skill, they can be used as 500ms attacks that give executions, they cause the chaser to phase through their own teammates, walls, minions, etc,, because of their magnetism, Heroes need better chase tools but i think warden/shaman level is overkill
EDIT: quick fix would be turn back square into a single option move only (like orochi's riptide) - you can back square (evade and uncharged bash) but cant cancel or feint it. This allows bait and punish. In exchange warden needs more stamina to allow more feints and risky moves to be used.
