What's not to get? it is very simple really, the more they can dangle the carrot, the more they can attract and perhaps bamboozle new casuals to buy their broken game the better. They know almost no one comes to this forum but perhaps they do go to reddit or someone in YT so it is better to keep quiet.Originally Posted by TrickShady Go to original post

I mean, personally I think that is a huge cope-out since they created this mess by being greedy and cheap but my response above holds a lot of water. Well, at least in my eyes it does.![]()
Communication is free and goes a long way with customers. What I can’t abide is a sense of ‘developers’ know better arrogance where they don’t listen and do what they want while ‘claiming’ to listen to the community.
Furthermore, that update didn’t really provide any interest or information. Can we customise the AI team? Can we choose to have only 1 or 2 with us? Can we split them up? Etc
They have failed to generate interest as others have said.
meh I am past the point of caring. I'll look at what the update has and if it is a fair amount then I may keep alive my interest at the path they are taking, but doubt it will generate much play time. Wildlands is just ruining it for me. The more time I spend back there the less interest I have in working through fakepoint.
Go check out Ubi Stores' Facebook post this morning(posted about 5 hours ago). BP is on sale for 67% off. When I first saw it there was 58 replies... 57 of them were outright saying "Do not buy this game!"Originally Posted by FCacGRdvWD Go to original post
Also, they posted another Walker quote on Twitter. Met with overwhelming negative responses.
Do you think they have any idea of what they're doing wrong?
It still feels like one of those situations where you have someone in charge, that royally f#(k’d up but is more concerned about losing face by admitting it, then fixing it.Originally Posted by CrockfordCK Go to original post
I'm not sure the next live event or episode 3 will be any good this stuff was already in the pipeline before they realized they done f*cked up. I really thought episode 2 would have been an improvement but it was just any other failure to add on to the list.Originally Posted by Steven527 Go to original post
You are dead right in that assertion.Originally Posted by Hugo-FOU Go to original post
Just when EA started regaining my faith, the idiots pulled the plug on NFS Heat and released its final update 3 days ago. Keep in mind the game is still like 6-7 months old and had a total of only 4 updates. On top of that they also put Criterion in charge of the next title so we will have another Burnout under the NFS skinOriginally Posted by Spetsgruppa666 Go to original post
Shame because the game had a nice story (a rarity in this series) and a lot of potential![]()

I can only apologize for the lack of communication that has been given in regards to updates and changes.
Just know that It'll be worth it and we will do our best to communicate when we have the green light.
