Hi there! This is a bit of a rare error and I did some digging around. I would still suggest using this guide to ensure everything is running with admin rights, then perform a clean boot and test.

If this does not work, a user on Steam found that checking his disk for errors resolved the issue.

My Computer -> Local Disk -> Properties -> Tools -> Check Errors (mark two options, detect and repair automatically).

Hope this helps! If not, please let me know.

I believe it is best for us to review your system files, perhaps we will be able to learn more there.

Please create the following files -

    - A MsInfo report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21216/
    - A DxDiag report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21185/

They can then be added to a support case here: https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

Please then add the case number in this discussion and we can follow it up for you.

You have a clean installation of Windows, so the system files should be easy to read and will hopefully help us find the cause.

    Thank you!
