    (CUSTOMIZATION) Vest customization

    LOADOUT OVERHAUL
    So, I've been suggesting for a while now that most of what is needed for BP's vests and chest rigs to look at least acceptable is already found within the game.
    Most pouches, bits of gear an gadgets that should've been on those vests but weren't could be found in game (except for the U94 in the pictures, that's from WL and the IR US flag) and rearranged to look the part, even without creating new content of any kind.
    I did this using Paint, which it's as far as you get from ideal, but even still, I'd argue the results will go a long way towards proving my point:

    Rifleman loadout/M50 gas mask


    Gunner - chest rigs

    Parts:
    - tourniquet (found on most loadouts)
    - U94 PTT (from IBA vest Wildlands)
    - radio pouch (from Josiah Hill's vest)
    - 2 SAW pouches (from LMG loadout)

    Rifleman - plate carriers


    Rifleman - plate carriers ArgimonEd version


    Rifleman/grenade launcher - plate carriers

    - U94 PTT
    - 4x TACO pouches (from ASR loadout)
    - 40mm grenades arranged as bandolier (from GL loaduot)
    - IR US flag (added by me, although it should be in the game)
    - radio pouch on the back/left side (from Josiah Hill's vest) + whip antenna (from Sentinel RTOs)

    Rifleman/grenadier - plate carrier (back view)

    Added: - hydration pouch (from Josiah Hill's vest)
    - GR patch (added by me)

    Rifleman - plate carrier (back view) ArgimonED version


    Rifleman/GL/Shotgun - plate carriers (I couldn't be asked to remove the 40mms)

    - same as rifleman/grenadier + shotgun pouch (from Sentinel breachers)

    SMGs - chest rigs

    - 4x SMG pouches (SMG loadout)
    - radio pouch on the back/left side (from Josiah Hill's vest)
    - fanny pouch (from Dual Harness vest)
    - 7.62/utility pouch (from Flycatcher's chest rig)
    - IR US flag (added)
    - U94 PTT (from WL)

    Marksman - plate carriers

    - U94 PTT
    - 3x7.62 pouches (from Josiah Hill's vest)
    - fanny pouch (from Dual Harness vest)
    - IR US flag (added by me, although it should be in the game)
    - radio pouch on the back/left side (from Josiah Hill's vest) + whip antenna (from Sentinel RTOs)
    - frag and smoke grenade pouches (from belts)
    - 2x TACO pistol pouches (from vests)

    Sniper - chest rigs

    - SR ammo pouch (SR loadout)
    - IFAK (LMG loadout)
    - knife (from Fury's backpack)
    - tourniquet (from belts)
    - U94 (from WL)
    - radio pouch (Josiah Hill's vest)
    - 2X TACO pistol pouches moved from vest to belt

    As a bonus here's the holster, placed a bit higher on the leg


    Fast helmet + M50 gas mask

    The irony is I could see Ubisoft fixing something like this but not fixing the terrible enemy AI, lack of missions and just poorly implemented other things like drones and enemies not changing after being shot several times with a rifle.

    You know just the core basics of a shooter.

    Initially they thought the game was good enough with nothing on the vests at all. And they haven't even bothered to finish putting the correct magazine types on vests after 6 months...

    I don't know, man, they can't say we didn't try every avenue to aid in the process.

    Of course they can. Remember, Breakpoint is "bad" because the players failed to see it's intrinsic qualities. Our feedback is not perceived as helpful, but rather our stubbornness to not grasp their great accomplishments with this title.

    When I first saw this picture, from before launch, I was hoping that it meant that the vests were empty, and that we would be able to add the pouches that we wanted, and where.

    That would've been great although what I'm suggesting with this thread is (and I should've been clearer about this in the title) overhauling the current "loadout system", that's it. Not hoping for anything beyond that.
    I mean, acomplishing this for the Devs would take a fraction of what it took me to scribble this in Paint.

    May I make one suggestion?
    On the belt the magazines are more accessible than on the cummerbund.
    Pistol is an emergency tool, so its mags should be in somewhere where is easier to reload from.
    One other point, the AVS cant fit 4 mags up the front, my suggestion would be to move one to the belt, have one pistol pouch attached to it, and the other pistol pouch sitting next to it.
    But I really dig it.
    And about the holster, I'd lose the first strap (the one that sits higher this would allow the holster to sit a little more higher because his hand is barely reaching it, this would make him need to bend sideways to draw.
    Great job on paint and with the combos
    Ps: I'd love to see the molle on the belt and pouches to become camouflaged when using camouflage with the vest's.

    Ps: is this the actual size of the AVS in game? You reduced it, right? In my xbox the thing is huge, looks like and Extra extra large SAPI.
