We are investigating blue screens happening to players on PS4.
So far we have had reports of it happening on Heroic Main Missions, and some have reported it happening frequently in The Tomb Main mission on Heroic. (As well as during the Operation Iron Horse Raid.)
We would like to ask your help to investigate and ask you to forward details of the following:
- Are those crashes occurring in any other situations?
- What activity are you doing when it happens?
- Is it always at a specific time, specific mission, specific action?
- Your PlayStation model (older /newer /pro /slim etc).
- What resolution are you using when you were affected by the crash?
- Are you using the Playstation Boost mode?

I wanted to let you know that we are still investigating, but I think we might be close to a fix for this.
The specific cause has been hard to determine and we have been working hard to narrow down what the cause is.

Today's maintenance should have addressed some issues that you have been experiencing with blue screens on PS4, please do continue to report in this thread if you continue to experience this.

- What resolution are you using when you were affected by the crash?

PS4 Pro HHD... I had back to back error messages after I updated my game yesterday evening... Making it unplayable...I had 10 error messages doing time trials in New York around 5:00 pm CST... I couldn't play more than 10 min at a time before I was kicked off and had to reboot... What makes it so bad is that if you're at the end of a mission in a group and you get an error message... By the time you log back in, those who didn't get kicked out pick up the boss drops and leave the mission and You aren't able to pick up anything because the group already left the area...This is ridiculous!!! The bugs in this game for the amount of money and time that I've spent on this game make it super frustrating!!! This has been an ongoing issue from the jump... What's taking so long too fix it?!?!?

Last night between the hours of 1900 to 2100 EST was trying to run Iron Horse. I blue screened during the first add encounter and shortly after it happened to me two other team members experienced this. We were having two or three players blue screen at the same time. We managed to clear the adds and activate Gray, only to have numerous team members blue screen again. We started on a EU server and switched to US East server to see if that helped, it did not.

Last Night our Clan try to clear Ironhorse again... but there was no chance!!! We had bluescreens in every try... sometimes more than one mates at the same time... you waste our Time!!! That f**ks me up...
This Game is more than one year online... get your fu**ing Server stable.... there is no other game, that have so much trouble to run stable!!!
