I agree - Ragnar Lothbrook was the King of Sweden and Denmark (and that is a main character of relevance that comes to mind), he was the son of the Swedish (svea) king Sigurd Hring, he would have been familiar with for example, the Viking town Birka in lake Mälaren - that could have been the centre of the tale together with other major viking towns all over Scandinavia, and even Hedeby in present-day northern Germany. It should have been played out in Scandinavia - with shorter stories on the UK, France (Paris), Constantinople, etc etc.

Ivarr does refer to some of the Vikings as "Danes" in a recently gameplay video.

I wonder if maybe Eivor's group from Norway might simply be one of many groups, with other from Denmark and Sweeden?

    Excitement

I'm excited for a different story and see how it pans out i would like to see a few references of Kassandra or Alexios but what I'm excited about is seeing King Alfred is going to be in the game but if he is the bad guy it will be interesting
