You also couldn’t make choices that were awesome like Edward choosing to become an assassin or breaking the chain in Istanbul as Ezio etc I hope you get the point now with dialogue choices we can simply avoid a bad end. Previous games you saw the characters story and sympathized with them for their grief and how they redeemed themselves. You learned of the story of a character while in dialogue choices you’re making the story. That’s why o think dialogue choices should not be a thing it may not cause us to feel the character unlike the previous ones
These choices never belong to the AC Series and hurted my experience. The totally destroy the immersion and make it impossible for the writers to tell a story in a linear and strong narrative way. I like your examples. Imaging if Origins had choices and we could decide to not found the Assassins Order. Would be terrible but hey they can write on the box of the game that it have choices....

    Hi,
I am really excited about that title and the release date around Holidays 2020 is fantastic news.
As for topic on choices, I would prefer more mission, story to choices as it takes more crucial time to create scenarios and adapt the game to those choices than making 100 missions.

-Are you excited for this setting? If so, what has you most excited?

I`m very happy about Vikings and British Islands scenery setting.
Vikings were big warriors, honourables ones. I love Berserkers units. Their culture and society.
Britain have some very nice specific sights, landscape, countryside and castles.
I want some naval action / transport as well as a main mode for Vikings in that times. They did quite a havoc on sea as well as on land.

-In your opinion, does this setting fit well within the universe of AC?

If Origin went to Egypt, Odyssey to Greece, we never had really such a setting in game with AC quality and story.
As British Kingdoms, divided, ruled as "nobility, gentry" can be plotted to Templars, the setting can include plots for the future in current game 9th century.
I see very much Vikings on Hidden Ones side as Britain on Templar side. Good plot and perfect action and adventure with very interesting units, castle villages etc...
Also we NEVER really played as an "invader"...
Also we missed quite much "businesses" or construction / restoration since AC2. It`s perfect to construct own settlement. Especially with Vikings.

-Are you interested in seeing the religious cultures that dominated the cultures of the land represented in the game? (Norse Paganism and Christianity)

Yes. It lacks frequently as a taboo in general forms to not "offend" anyone. As a Christian it really doesn't bother me to depict real religious situation at that time, knowing that the plot in-game is a fiction and historical period at the same time. I`m not offended at all as it is a game and non of the roles are ever attacking or mocking religion. Most of complaining people usually are not so religious but ironically very political.

-Have the trailers shown a world that looks aesthetically pleasing to you? Why or why not?

The scenery looks just perfect and well depicted. Vikings, British looks real for that period, immersion is big.
    Scenery is well depicted.
There is not much to see from game-play but trailers looks very, very impressive like a next gen title.
As it is a common marketing thing nowadays, I believe Ubisoft is the one that CAN deliver that in game.

-What are your thoughts on the phrase "A Viking experience in the world of Assassin's Creed"?

Same as when we were a pirate in AC4 and it ended perfectly well.
Vikings are adventurous warriors, conquerors, expanders. Great choice.
It`s a novel setting because for the first time we are raiding and invading directly.

-What concerns do you have for the setting?

I am actually thinking a bit opposite way than some players about naval action and transport. I don`t know where we will build our settlement, Norway or directly on British lands, but ships and sea combat, travel from Norway to Britain should be depicted in a massive action adventure, preferably in winter, to show howthey did back then, how was such a travel etc...

-What do you want to see more of from the setting?

Naval, sea action. Possibility to alternate for raids from land and sea as we will raid on big Island.
Hope to be able to sail around GB coastline.

Maybe vikings economy while we will have some goodies back in the serie, army size depending of our doings.
This could be even depicted in AC2 style with AC Vikings 1,2,3 without boredom

-Was this a setting you were hoping to see from the franchise?

Yes, definitely. What`s funny I didn't knew it was in production, and almost ready :O
I hope (off-topic) that Skulls&Bones will release quite soon as well and will be fully features-full.

    Thoughts

I think that if your making a game like this, where you play as a viking one should have that close experience. The camara view should be closer to the character, like that one can have a closer connection to the action. Like in your face action.

    Lazy work

Please Increase the amount of your QA workers to assess the graphical aspect of the game or gameplay, things which are logical are just undermined.

Will the map of Valhalla be just England, or is there more to see?

    We want to play together

Almost half of your fan base wants to see a multiplayer Assassin's creed and this would of been the perfect setting to let up to 3 friends combine forces and fight stronger players together you fail to appeal to a very large audience that would make this title be the next GTA 5 with how much you would earn.

I think the problem is the setting. The time and place. Those centuries didn’t feature very interesting, memorable people. Most people can name 0 figures from that period.

Also the landscape is muddy marshes and nothing particularly interesting to see.

Personally I absolutely love the setting and time period. The gameplay by itself is really really good as far as I've seen and I'm really excited to see the final product.

I can't wait to see the green meadows and snowy hills and mountains, and I love that a lot of the map is easily accessible by boat with the vast river system. Especially with being a Viking, this has hyped me up even more, and I think I like the idea of having your own settlement which you can upgrade and hopefully your progress with the settlement is visible. It gives a sense of belonging, but I haven't seen any gameplay regarding the settlement. Not sure if it wasn't showcased in the demo or I just missed it.

    Really excited for the game!

My suggestion: Multiplayer Mode. and on that are two character slots giving us an opportunity to be an assassin and a templar.
if you want this too vote Aye
