    JD unlimited for switch, cant buy dance passes

    Hi! My free months trial ended today (jd2020) and when i tried to renew it i got an error code saying its not available i my region. (I live in sweden). Checked for primary consol setting and that my ubisoft account is linked, and its not available as an option i the eshop. But from what i can find in the FAQ there are limitations in china and some of south America, i find no information on any limitations for any part of europe. How can i get hold of a 1year dance pass for switch? Does anyone else have these problems?

    Same Issue

    Accessing from the app itself gives a software error code. If trying directly through the Nintendo shop the title is not there. Maybe this is due to locale, or maybe it has just been removed. I opened a support ticket with Ubisoft to get a reply.

    I cant seem to ask ubisoft either... i get redirected from the English helpdesk to the one in swedish, then when i try to submit a support question it says they have cut down this service due to covid-19... please post here if you get a response!

    Please be sure to link your Ubisoft and Switch accounts (https://ubi.li/xYBex) and set your Switch as the primary console (https://ubi.li/oDGAH).

    Thanks for your answer! I have checked that my account is linked, and that my console is the primary. i cant reach support because they keep sending me to the swedish page and it wont let me post a support ticket because of limitations due to covid 19. When i try to buy a dance pass through the game it gives med error code 2811-6001 and "software currently not available".

    I'm thinking maybe i can reach support om Facebook?

    From the Global Contact page, it doesn't look like there's a Support Facebook or Twitter for Switzerland. Let me see if I can get you some help.

    Hey guys,

    Thank you for your patience..

    Would it be possible to try these steps:
    First, go to the E-Store menu on Switch -> Search for Just Dance 2020 -> Select it -> Scroll down for Subscriptions, and Just Dance Unlimited should appear.
