Would it be possible to try these steps:
First, go to the E-Store menu on Switch -> Search for Just Dance 2020 -> Select it -> Scroll down for Subscriptions, and Just Dance Unlimited should appear.

Wow, thanks! It worked for me now! I did have a support ticket but didnt bother with it when i fell ill a month ago, but now i checked for updates on this forum thread and I managed to buy unlimited! Noe to see if i can get it to work...
