so today i played a few games with no directives , were the 10 sec buff from 4 pieces hardwired set didnt work , anyone else having this problem ? ( i have cluster on 1 slot and cluster on 2cond slot)

My setup: shield on Q and seeker mines on E.
Throw out the seeker mines.
Wait until they go into cooldown, this is when the cooldown numbers show in HUD.
Then pop my shield, this will refresh the seeker mines again.
Throw out the seeker mines.

It works flawlessly for me on Xbox console.

Samotimes i have the same problem. One HW bar is filling and when it's full it disapeares and i have to wait untill the 2nde is full.
