Apple TV 4K - JDN lost all the progress
This happened to my son today. He started the game and it welcomed him with licence agreement and age selection. After accepting all the usual boring stuff, main screen welcomed him with LEVEL 1, RANDOM NAME AND LOST PROGRESS!
Can you imagine him now loosing his two months progress? He is devastated. This happened to us for the second time. First time we did not contact support, but we should.
Can you implement some kind of backup for the progress? Cloud save or something like that? This is ridiculous that support team told me there is nothing they can do- if it is lost, IT IS!!! FOREVER!!! C'MON!!!

Sorry to hear you've lost all the progress made again. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app at all since last playing when you had the progress?
