Extranjeros BFG Now Has a Silencer?

I about a month ago I purchased the Extranjeros BFG/BFG 50A combo in game, and have been quite happy with them both.

I really liked the extra stopping power, range, and accuracy of the un-silenced Extranjeros BFG.

Now suddenly when I equip the Extranjeros BFG, it has a silencer, takes more shots to take out vehicles, has less range, and is less accurate than it was before.

When wielded in game it shows it has a silencer. It sounds like it has a silencer.

If you go to the gunsmith window, the graphic shows it with out a silencer, but the info box on the right says it has a silencer.

The gunsmith will not allow any changes to this weapon.

What gives? Did they nerf this gun, or is my game bugged?

Anyone else seen this or know how to reverse it?

You should be able to remove the silencer when you're aiming down the sights. If you're using an xbox controller it'll probably be up on the D-Pad.

    Hey there!

I'm pretty confident this step offered by gunbladelad should resolve the issue but if not please do let us know!
