Lately while playing D2 I have been thinking how to improve the game. Hope the Devs consider these 3 suggestions:

1) Most missions are designed well, but majority are subject to flaw which can be improved. All are limited in how they can be played, resulting in linear gameplay. With little room to approach the combat differently. There are 1-2 linear paths to follow, resulting similar choreographed action each time you play it
My suggestion is design future missions more openly, give players more freedom to reach objectives. Similar how the open world in D2 works

2) For instance - I would love to see new green forest mission. Like Camp White Oak but now in open setup as described in 1.
You start off at edge of forest, with objective to reach fortified bunker facility on hill in middle of the forest. Which route is up to you. There are hidden obstacles, ambushes and enemy (dynamic) patrols in forest. Unlike current missions you have loads of freedom how get to middle. When reaching the bunker, you storm in, kill defenders, enter facility to discover loot and stairway down

3) I’m envious of the armored bosses in D2, Why cant we use this character model? Would love to be tank ingame and look the part!
This new archetype would transform you into boss-suit with expected pros & cons:
Pros: you are super armored >4M armor, only use heavy guns (minigun, flamer, shield). You are tank/support of team. Role is laying down suppression fire, drawing fire to you
Cons: you’re heavy, clumsy, not maneuverable in suit. Also cannot use skills, or heal yourself (your teammates must do this)
