Ghost Experience 3.0 Suggestions
What I would love to see is more of a "Living Word" that reacts to the player's actions.
The game right now feels lifeless because of things like
1. Enemies immediately respawn the second you leave the area.
2. When enemy calls in reinforcements - it just ends there.
3. Civilians don't care if you shoot some one.
4. Erwan + Outcast camp pretty much only NPC interaction areas.
Changes I would like to see.
GTA Style "Wanted" Meter to the Next Level.
Since the map is already broken up to Regions. I would like to see each Region have a "Threat" level meter. The more "Active" you are in an area the higher the type of enemies will be looking for you. So if you stay quiet go in and out like a ghost the threat meter doesn't fill up.
A Fluid Threat Response
Enemy threat meter should take this a step further.
At 1 Star - Sends Helicopters to Patrol the Arae
At 2 Stars - Sends Azareal Drone to patrol area
At 3 Star a "Commander" Spawns. in the region whose job is to "Hunt you down"
This generates Dynamic missions in order to track down the commander and eliminate him in order to lower the threat.
So new Intel points appear, where you interrogate soldiers \ find clues on the commander's location. Then hunt them down to drop the threat.
Also because threats are "Region-Based" if you start operating in a Region - Some Threat from nearby Regions will "Shift over" to nearby regions "spreading" the threat.
Essentially there is a total number of "Threat Points" obtainable and each region has a "Maximum threat level" This way threat levels constantly shift from region to region spreading to nearby regions based on "suspicious activity". This activity could also be from actions by Outcasts which player hears about over the radio.

To be clear when I say Threat level, I don' mean they are "Actively" hunting you down. Instead they increase security in installations in that area. Add more roadblocks, etc.
Weapon \ Player Maintance
The game is about "Survival Mechanics" but there isn't much in terms of survival.
Weapon Maintenance can help that by increasing frequency of jams on poorly maintained guns.
By upgrading Weapon parts the "Quality" of the gun improves allowing for longer periods without maintenance.
The fatigue bar increases and decreases based on damage taken and the amount of fatigue used before resting \ eating.
So every time you take damage \ to stay active between rests \ time between eating the fatigue bar decreases a certain amount of points.
Eating \ Drinking Restores that Fatigue bar to max.
Gear Wheel 2.0
Not a fan of how the Gear Wheel works. Using Farcry Primal Equipment Wheel would be better.
Where you can Choose a Slot then press Q \ E to change out the item. For Example Switching Bait to Trap through the Gear Wheel.
Currently, in Breakpoint you have to manually switch it out through the loadout screen.
Enemy Reinforcements
I want to see better Enemy Reinforcement Mechanic such as Helicopters Flying in dropping off troops.
Enemies Blockading Roads to an Area that is under attack.
Since the map is not procedurally generated having "Preset" blockade and reinforcement areas scripted into the map would not make this hard.
The Game can randomly decide which areas to reinforce into and where to setup the blockades. That way it won't be the exact same location to reinforce \ blockade each time.
