Problem - destroying drones with rockets/helicopters

It seems like destroying drones goes by the same algorithm for any weapon. It requires to hit sensitive areas of drone (unshielded ones).
While this make sense with guns, it doesn't that much when it comes to rockets and explosives.

It feels like destroying medium size drone or even Behemoth takes as many rounds with UZI as with so many rockets with helicopter.
It seems if rocket doesn't hit sensitive part of the drone, the damage is minimal, so sometime it takes like 20 rockets to destroy a medium size drone - this way it's faster using UZI and hitting it with under armour parts.

The point is - explosive power and radius of the rocket is quite huge, it should be much more effective against drones. Even if the rocket hits the armour, it doesn't have point impact only like gun round has - its explosive power goes much wider and stronger. Hitting drones with rockets should destroy armour quicker and do heavy damage faste.

To destroy most modern tank it requires only one Hellfire rocket. It shouldn't take 10 or 20 to destroy small drone I believe. I know Skell isan advanced technology company, but the gap between rest of the world and Skell can't be that much.

    Cheers!

Ground drones have armor plates that deflect explosions, so until you destroy them, the drone won't suffer any significant damage. Of course the game is made in order to have those drones with enhanced resistance, otherwise it would be too easy to destroy even Behemoths, which would be ridiculous.

I agree that plates helps against explosions, but in real life most modern tank gets destroyed with one Hellifre rocket only and it's kind of an old rocket now. I'm not asking for "one shot one kill solution" but first rocket should destroy plates, second and third for sure should do the job done at least for medium drones.

Immersive and balanced or arcade and levelled gear.

To make happy everyone it could be an option for immersive mode. Since game feels too arcade kind in immersive mode sometime. It feels sometime like while having gear level off and playing immersive mode, enemies still have levels and gear level on in some places (like when fighting Walker).

A few days ago I was going against Walker on immersive/extreme/gear-level-off. Many times I've failed since it was like I had to hit each Wolf so many times before having it down while they were killing me almost every time with one shot only (even if I had all protective perks on me). So I've changed for gear-level-on and suddenly (with gear level of mine being 250) I was killing any Wolf just with one or two shots in the chest.

In immersive mode game should be no any arcade like at any point, that what is immersive mode for. Damage should be balanced - what I mean by it - if enemy can kill me with one or two shots, I should be able too - at any point or in any mission or with any boss. Medium drone 1-2 rockets. Behemoth - let's give it a go, make it up to 3-5.

Going alone for any mission is difficult and not reasonable in real life at any point, let's not make it even more ridiculous in the game by making damage imbalance so big when playing immersive mode while having gear level off. Things like that should be for more like arcade side of GRB.

I understand some like arcade, some more immersive - that's why we have this two modes and problems like we talk about here could be sorted simply by switching options in menu.
