As it stands now, if I die in the start of a mission, I can not change that skill in the HIVE slot until ALL 4 or 5 charges are off cooldown.
This is over 18 minutes on an all red build or 21 minutes on a +1 skill tier build.
So you really want this to be how it works? I am playing solo... die at the beginning of a mission, I can't change to any other skill to try or use for the rest of that mission?
This is a joke and needs to be fixed ASAP.
I know the reason you think you had to do this, but you went to the other extreme and made the revive hive useless now.
My proposal is this: Don't allow us to switch skills until that first cooldown is done, but once it gets into the charges, let us change it but keep the cooldown in the background so if I go back to the hive, it's on cooldown still recharging...
It's so damn simple.
Please fix this.
No other skill in the game has such a ridiculous cooldown timer. The funny thing is the fix is extremely simple.Originally Posted by N3mB0t Go to original post
The fix needed here is to have revive hive with a base of 1 charge. This way dps players who go down just need to wait out the 2 or 3 minutes for the 1 charge to cooldown before they are able to swap out skills. If you want more charges get a +4 revive hive charge mod but you use that at your own peril if you are an all red build.
In legendary missions it is quite common to need to change out builds for different rooms. As of now I am forced to no longer use revive hive due to this terribly implemented "fix". I suppose I could put a spare set of hardwired in my bags to deal with it but why is this even a thing?
If you are in DC, you can reset your cooldown(s) in White House at the shooting range, there is a switch on the right wall.Originally Posted by tjtoed Go to original post
I know.., pretty f***ing ******ed solution to the problem but sadly the only one we have.
Yup. Aware of the WH cooldown button. But they need an actual fix. This nonsense workaround for obvious issues is very annoyingOriginally Posted by Habugii Go to original post
i agree the cool down on the revive is overkill , but what you are asking was abused to have unlimited skills by many and that was wrong and not intended.Originally Posted by qpMaverickqp Go to original post
one simple solution to this without having to change how the skills normaly work would be to make the skills colldowns reset the same as your armour between rooms, but never mid combat, that would solve your problem and stop people from having to just wait for the cooldowns before the next room even if they didnt want to change something , a win win situation.
