Hi,
Returned to playing Wildlands and noticed that there is no longer a way in TACMAP to adjust the time, redeploy and Heatmap while using a Xbox controller connected to a PC.
It was there before but seems that perhaps the latest patch or update, the D-Pad inputs are no longer accepted (assigned as inputs ) other than for CARTEL OVERVIEW (Down D-Pad input).
Cartel Overview - Has an assigned input (DOWN on D-Pad) - only input that works
Time redeploy - Not longer has assigned input (UP on D-Pad Previously)
Redeploy - No longer has assigned input (Right D-Pad Previously)
Heatmap - No longer has assigned input (LEFT on D-Pad Previously)
I think this may have been overlooked since current work around is to disconnect controller and briefly use the keyboard inputs “SHIFT” “R” and “H”
I’m not sure if this is still monitored by Ubisoft for improvements but really enjoyed and continue to like playing Wildlands which hope can be improved slightly for a better overall experience for players . Thanks and stay safe
Hey! This is interesting, thank you for making us aware of this.Originally Posted by BushidoLoneWolf Go to original post
It doesn't appear to be a known issue so I'm sorry to say I believe this was overlooked. There are no planned further updated for Ghost Recon Wildlands, however we still like to report everything just in case we can push another out
Are you able to provide an image of your TACMAP while a controller is connected? That should show us what input it is (or is not) expecting.
Although this does appear to be a game issue, do you have another controller you can try?
Thank you!
Hopefully this link above works showing this issue which I've opened a ticket for also. I've tried other controllers but still the same issue and anything associated with the D-Pad inputs or icons (Top, RIGHT, and LEFT are not shown or do anything only while in the TACMAP. While playing in the game world, the D- inputs work fine which is very odd. Thanks for following up but figured it may be along shot to actually get this looked at given how long this games has been out. Thanks and stay safe
Perfect. Thanks for confirming that for us.Originally Posted by BushidoLoneWolf Go to original post
