    activation issue, can't play after purchase to continue from free weekend

    Hello, I started playing FC as part of the free weekend and liked it enough to purchase. Now that I have, I can no longer access it. Instead of the usual "play" button in Uplay it says "get the full game" which takes me back to the store. I can see it in my order history, so there seems to be some kind of disconnect.

    I tried opening a support ticket but the site won't load, it only lets me log in.

    From the invoice:

    Hello. Do you restart the PC? Was the purchase complete? Did you receive the confirmation email?

    I shut down the PC after purchase last night and found this after a cold boot today. No email, I forgot to mention that, though it is in the Uplay order history in my user profile.

    likely the purchase has not been 'completed'. If you paid by card, try using another one ...
