Same as EB now exo pistol is locked behind raid.For people like me who play with 1-2 friends is no way how get it.Locking Gears behind DZ/RAID is idiotic idea. Same when pve gear is locked behind pvp DZ.Every gear must drop in every mode :PVP/PVE/DZ/RAID. Raid can have unique costume skins or effect for skills but not good weapons.

Content-specific rewards are not a new thing, not are they unique to this game. Join a clan (we run a Raid event in ours every weekend), or use the LFG channel on the official Discord. If the only reward you got for the effort was a lousy cosmetic I wouldn't have even bothered trying it once, let alone grinding it!

I don't care about cosmetics. If I have to run the raid, I want real rewards so it is worth running it

What a myopic view. I have played since early access and still have not seen more than the first room of the original raid. I absolutely hate not being able to get gear sets or weapons I want, but my friends list is very small and we can not do raid alone. As much as I dislike not having the exclusive gear, I dislike the toxic community more.

I am also playing mostly solo or with a few RL friends but I did raid a lot of times and I don't see any problem with it having some exclusive drops.

It's really not a heavy science - you either join some casual clan that does weekly raids or go in Discord Div 2 LFG section and you are set.

I understand there are people with actual dissabilities but I think 95% of moaners are actually able to participate the raid but they just decide not to.
The other thing is that in Discord there is actually A LOT of people that are shy and don't really enjoy leading or talking much, but people that actually lead recognise those people fast and they are not giving them hard time at all.
Not because people are gobally nice and dandy, but it is most efficient way of having the raid done fast.
