I got a fix for the constant Delta-03

It turns out that the port forwarding solution in the Support FAQ works, but there are several ports missing.
I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I solved the issue by enabling port forwarding for the following ports:

    Uplay
    TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023, and 14024

    The Division 2 TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 27015, 51000, 55000, 55002
    UDP: 22000-22032

If you enable port forwarding for those ports, you should have no issues after.
I found out about this after contacting Ubisoft support.

    Please try it, everybody!

Thanks for sharing. Since today I had no more problems. Maybe they fixed something. On the other hand, I never had to open or touch the ports.

Estoy en Argentina como vos, tengo 40 de ping y funcionando perfecto. Salu2.

Same here, for the first time in almost a month I was able to play for longer then 2 hrs without Delta error, I think massive fixed the error.

Hopefully, still if anyone's facing the error yet, they can try this as well.
