    Low fps problem

hey, my pc specs are :
    CPU: Intel Core Pentium g4400
    GPU: Amd Radeon R7 360
    RAM: 8gb

I'm pretty sure i should be able to run fc3 comfortably at high settings but i'm getting 10 fps on low and 6 on ultra. Any idead how to fix this ?

    Hey Rakovits,

Thanks for reaching out to us, welcome to forums and sincere apologies about the delay in getting back to you!

I have reviewed your specs and it does look like you meet the system requirements.

In order to help you to achieve better performance in-game, try completing the following steps:

    1. Make sure that your video card drivers are up to date.
    2. Crossfire and SLI should be disabled. At this time, they are not supported and can cause performance issues.
    3. Far Cry 3 demands a great deal of processing power. In video quality options, using high or ultra settings with vegetation, textures, shadows, terrain, water and environment considerably increase the demands on processing power. The ultra settings are 4 times more detailed than the lowest settings.
    4. Users that are not using a powerful system of the last generation who want a high framrate should consider lowering the graphics settings.
    5. Activating VSync in the video settings can help prevent screen tearing, but can cause a framrate drop. If you are experiencing low framerate, you’ll want to turn this option off.
    6. Make sure that you leave the GPU Max Buffered Frames at 3 or lower. Typically leaving it off is the best idea, but you can play with this setting to find what works best for your configuration.
    7. There is a noticeable difference between DirectX9 and 11, but if you are experiencing issues running one, try the other.
    8. If you are experiencing low framerate, lowering the resolution may also help, but the image quality may take a hit. 9. Make sure that you have turned off any unnecessary programs that may be running in the background.
    10. Here are some additional steps you can take.

Should issue persist, let us know!

    Hi,

I had low FPS on my system which is pretty high end - I turned off the anti-aliasing in the graphics menu and it fixed it, I have all the other settings on maximum and I'm running it at 2K (2560x1440 res) and I'm now getting 60fps.
