You guys are pretty quick to conclude within a couple of hours that "loot sucks." Did you come here after your first run to complain? Loot boxes appear to still not be scaling so there's a problem there, that's for sure.
I can also definitely agree with rainbow rolls on certain gear needing to be lessened but if you lower the chance too much, it will be a double-edged sword where now it becomes to rare. I know something like providence, which is a DPS-focused brand, ideally will want to have all reds but who's to say there isn't a build out there or someone who wants skill haste and hazard protection (along with the weapon damage as the main stat) on it for something specific like maybe PVP or something else?
