A good word and support for UbiSoft

    Hi!

I know many complains and fuss about Breakpoint but I believe that there is much more who plays and enjoy it like I do. Despite of some bugs and things that could be improved I just love the game. Any time I can, I try to put some feedback with ideas and see other people trying to help to improve the game with their ideas too. Some in a good manner and some in a not the kindest one.

Don't bother about those, who don't like to threat you with respect, who don't understand how difficult it is to make a product as big as GRB is. How many people it involves, how much work it is. How many difficult decisions it takes sometime. Don't bother people who don't understand that making product like this takes outstanding time of work and money and sometime compromise is needed, good and bad decisions happens, and sometime the decisions goes from the top and as developers you just must follow.

If that's the truth that UbiSoft is around 14 000 employees in around 40 studios, that should give to some a picture of how managing projects must look like.

I've spent nearly 200 hours with Breakpoint and just now bought myself One Year Pass to enjoy more with 'Episode Two' and incoming one 'Three'.

Best Regards, you're doing an amazing job out there! Thank you for it! I believe there is much more of us, who think that way.

But we do understand. It takes a lot of effort, and time, and focus, and skill, and passion to create a quality triple A product with a $100+ price tag attached.
Ubi are the ones who don't understand that. They took little effort, time, focus, skill, and passion to create Breakpoint. Yet they kept the same $100+ price tag.

And what single part of the game you have put 200 hours into meets what they advertised? With over 750 hours myself, I can tell you: NONE.

I'm glad you're enjoying it, but you're praising and rewarding this company for lying and cutting corners and manipulating their customers in their pursuit to cash in on the popularity of Wildlands.

I dunno if you are related to someone at Ubisoft or whatever because honestly, your post smells like it's fabricated.

But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

I was a fan and defended them. I don't know how many hours I have in but it's a lot - until they broke the game for me. I was a huge fan of Wildlands.

I bought the BP season pass on pre-order - not when it dropped by half two months later.

I am not a fan any longer.

They have left ESDF people unable to play immersive mode since it's release - 2 patches later and we still can't play due to the fact you can't rebind the 'E' key - which means we swap weapons every time we walk across an dropped weapon.

Either QA is totally incompetent - how the F do you not test keybinds before release - OR management said ' F it, we screwed the game up with the Division RPG crap - ship it even though a segement of the base will find the game unplayable.'.

I do not believe QA was unaware of the keybinding bugs. I fully believe they released it anyway and have CONTINUED not to make it a priority to fix.

This is not some minor issue. It's a HUGE f-ing issue if you're a touch typist.

BTW, I was NOT angry until the second patch came through and it STILL isn't fixed.

I have no confidence at this point they will bother with it in June either.

I'd really want to play but I'm not going to play a substandard version of the game.

I knew this game was dead meat right when I saw closed beta and I laughed at anyone saying its good in previews.

I knew there isnt time for them to fix anything.

But unlike Odyssey and Siege (which are fully kids games) Ghost Recon is played by players with similar mindset as mine therefore they saw what garbage arcade RPG empty soulless game it is.

I knew it had huge potential as the skeleton was solid to build on.

With bugs not fixed since beta, worst PVP ever made its safe to say there wont be year two content, unless they gave away core game for free and actually FIX the bugs.

Imho it is much better to kill of this dissaster and focus on next gen GR which would bring QUALITY over quantity.

Ubisoft needs to step up their game.
Hell even COD had absolutely stunning campaign - not all missions, but those stealth ones were excellent stuff!

Breakpoint gas zero memorable missions, characters. It has nothing. Well the most memorable is helicopter as the only means for travel and annoying drones...

Trying to say the game is good and majority enjoy it is silly wet dream of fan boy.

Majority didnt even bother to buy the game
