Friend having severe graphical bugs throughout game.

A buddy of mine who isn't too technically savvy is having some pretty bad graphical issues, so I'm making a post on his behalf to try and figure out a solution.

The descriptions I've gotten from him include:
    -Transparent pavement
    -Floating rocks
-Ground mirrored in the air above him
    -Clipping through assets or terrain
    -etc.

I plan on getting some screenshots or video from him tonight to add to this post, but wanted to get this down early as I've not really seen reports of similar issues.

He claims this has lasted through the two most recent patches, as well as a complete uninstall/reinstall of the game. I'm going to try some other troubleshooting things with him that I know of tonight, but wanted to see if anyone else has had or is having a similar issue and if anyone has a confirmed fix for it.

I'm not sure if he is using a standard Xbox One or the One-S. I know for sure he isn't on a One-X. I also know that he is running the game on the internal storage drive because he doesn't use an external.

I also confirmed he was on an Xbox One-S

We tried a hard-reset of the Xbox and that didn't make a change either. This is a super strange issue and he's understandably very frustrated with this.

    Hey ArcherIXI,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you ask your friend to create a support ticket on our website and include a short video clip demonstrating these issues and in what part of the map they occur?

I played the first two months of the game this way. I did several uninstall and reinstalls, hard reboots, etc. I found that resetting my modem helped about 25% of the time even though I have a direct wired connection. It did get worse after the last two updates but now a hard reboot fixes it. Also, I used to just turn off the Xbox. I now log out and then turn off the Xbox.
