Several hours per day
A few hours per day most days
A few hours per week or sporadically
Only when an update comes out (e.g. TU or AI Team)
I’m no longer playing even when updates come out but still hang out here
And to think that the first time I played OGR was when I got it for my kids and it was in the Original XBox, I was skilled with the controller because I was able to bind it to my liking. After I moved to PC gaming (because I learn the OGR was also on PC) and Loved it so much that even a year or so later that I tried playing with my kids on Xbox, I couldn't hack the controllers and I have never looked back. I don't know about auto-aim but I know that If I can't set up the KB+M to my liking, I am not playing the game and I move on to the next one.
Console only gave up pc gaming same time I quit pvp, yes console is harder
Stopped playing tired of constant issues, can not use words to describe their so called support
Love to know if anyone has had their character and gear restored after magic deletions, anyone???
Game should be fun this is not, one issue after another
Then if your lucky you get swarmed by idiotic bullet sponge drones ..... joy
Most nights I have 4 hours between getting home from work, and going to bed. I shower, talk with the misses, do a few chores, then I do my dailies on 4 characters on The Division 1 (for Div Tech). So that at most leaves 2.5 hours. I am still quite enjoying BP. I generally play it several days a week and sometimes for quite a while on weekends. But, I also intermingle Borderlands 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2 into the mix. I am just winding down on both Just Cause 4 and sniper ghost warrior contracts. Both were great fun, but limited replayability.
That said, I've got a dozen games that I still haven't played that are supposed to be quite good. Assassins Creed, Civilization 4. Once in a great while I'll pop in GTA-V in single player, pop in the infinite ammo code, and find a mountain top and make my last stand. It is quite fun. And, funny to see the pile of destroyed equipment. Ironically, I really don't like that series much when played legit.
I'll run the raid for an hour once or twice to grab a highlight / walkthrough video... and occasionally I'm in trying to find some content for a cinematic I'm working on. But I'm not really "playing..." I haven't played "the game" in months.
I'm pretty sure most who still play at all are just making their own fun with Chris' challenges or just doing whatever they can to justify the money they spent.
Let’s start by saying I spend more time on the forums than playing the game which is not a good thing. I only play this game when my squad invite me to play. I have no motivation to play this game myself. I have episode 2 that I yet played cause PvE is just boring to me. After I beat episode one I just found blueprints and lost interest after that. Played raid twice and got bored. I believe my gear score is still at 220. The most time I spent in this game was Ghost War. Due to no improvements, horrible maps, and on going exploits I have no desire. On top of that my game freeze every 30mins to an hour when I play Breakpoint.
The games I do play the most is Ghost Recon Future soldier 6v6 PvP. The Division 2 I spent a lot of time with since they have new content almost every week. I play COD MW which is fun for playing maybe 2 hours. Sometimes I play Wildlands PvP when I’m extremely bored. I play Left 4 dead as well. I have racers like NFS heat, actual real open world RPG games like Tales of Vesperia my family play, and fighting games like Dead or Alive 6 and Dragonball fightersZ.
However, I just came across a TPS they overlook and caught on sale the other day for $8. World War Z is the name and it has a awesome competitive PvP mode that’s 4v4. Respawn modes, objective based modes, domination, and more. The graphics and the gun handling is good too. It also has classes like Warfighter, Assassin, and so on. It has perks too and classes have restrictions on weapons. You actually level up to grind for weapons and perks. Each class has they own unique ability like dropping explosive ammo supplies, claymores, gas grenades, stun pistol , and more
So I’m been spending these past few days on World War Z. There’s a lot to do in that game and there’s a lot of people playing it. I was hesitate to get that game at first when I seen the reviews and players that stream gameplay didn’t know what to do. I guess the game had a rough start. So I told myself $8 not bad if I didn’t like it. So I tried it and that game is fun. The devs just released a game of the year copy this month so I guess they still delivering content. My wife loves that game and she started back streaming. Things like this doesn’t give you that same energy for Breakpoint.
Long story short. If you playing Breakpoint as your favorite game more power to you. There is so much and better games that was released in 2019. I’m a die hard GR fan but Breakpoint holds back my potential and fun. It’s annoying how the game turn out. The devs don’t care for the game and I’m sure they can’t wait to get season 1 over with so they can stop supporting the game. Putting A.i. may not be good as we think and I’m sure this will double the bugs again. You have to know when to move on.
Good choice. I don’t know how we went from Future Soldier to this lolOriginally Posted by Ubisheat-205 Go to original post
I haven't really played at all in the past 2-3 months.
When the "immersive mode" dropped, my son and I checked it out, did a few missions, and that was that.
I tried to log in to the game a few weeks ago, with the intention of doing some photo mode, and figured I'd probably do a few missions while I was in there.
Well the photo mode was effed and I couldn't even use it. Said it was "unavailable". I was frustrated that the game was still this broken. After trying to fast travel and "log out - log back in" to get it to work, to no avail, I shut it off and stuffed it right back in to it's case.
We haven't even felt very compelled to do the free Deep State mission.
Partly because I'm not sure it's really much different that the other stuff we've slogged through over and over again, but mostly because there is nothing about this game that makes me want to spend any additional money on it, in order to get the full story, so it's kind of like "what's really the point?".
In the mean time, we finally went through some older add-on content for other games. Valley of the Yetis for FC4 and the Mars, Zombie, and Vietnam add-ons for FC5.
We also finally played Resistance 3. Couch Co-Op for the win!!!
It's interesting; I didn't get the game until about a month and a half ago and have been playing a lot since. I've enjoyed the game. Sure, there are things that could have been done better or things that should have been included from the beginning (like AI teams) but overall I've enjoyed the game. What I've found (and this is definitely true for games like The Division 2 and this one) is that the people that don't like the game, or feel it's "unplayable" are usually the most vocal. Since I don't feel the same I can't understand those sentiments.Originally Posted by Johny_Bee Go to original post
The only thing I'd really like to see is better updated content. I've completed the story (and Episode 2) and all side missions, so I mostly get on to do the faction missions and they do get somewhat boring. I wish they would move up the release date on Episode 3, but other than that I'm having fun with it.
You sound very similar to me. And if you are, once you start Civ IV you'll be engrossed in that for quite a while. You've inspired me to go back to Red Dead Redemption 2. I initially stopped playing it about half way through the story and spent my time on The Division 2 (never played the first one, so I had nothing to compare it to and really liked it).Originally Posted by Bambihunter71 Go to original post
