I've had For Honor for a while now, so when i play with my friend who only just begun we play against people he can't even touch. So i decided to buy a smurf because the game was on sale on steam, but the game binded to my Uplay account and just added nothing, I tried making a new Uplay account and then launching the game via steam but it told me there was and error connecting my steam account with Uplay

You can only link the game to one Uplay account, and you cannot have multiple copies of the game on the same account with different stats, this is the reason you are encountering this.
